Another picture from Ballard Locks. There is so much water around it is impossible not to take a variety of moving water pictures...In this one I tried to get time-freeze effect with a very fast shutter speed (1/1600). I am not quite satisfied with the result thought... There was too much water in the frame of 70mm (so this is cropped, which has its price). It would be more interesting if I got closer to the water and (ideally) added some non-water details. And perhaps even faster shutter speed or even flash. Will have to try it again...
